IES Södertälje opened in August 2017 for grades 4-8. Today we have about 88 employees and 790 students from preschool to grade 9. Job Description:

You will work to stimulate students' learning and development based on their needs, interests, and experiences, but also challenge them by inspiring new knowledge. Together with your colleagues, you will plan, implement, and evaluate the leisure activities. You will have close collaboration with our leisure coordinator.

As a leisure leader with us, you will also work to offer our students a meaningful leisure time by encouraging social interaction and strengthening group relationships.

Qualifications:

You are well acquainted with the curriculum and other governing documents in the school area, and you have a good ability to work towards set goals to develop the quality of the leisure center. You are curious, creative, and can inspire and motivate your colleagues in the work team.

As a person, you are secure and stable and good at creating good relationships with both students and colleagues and guardians. You are clear and precise in your communication and have the ability to motivate and inspire students to embrace new knowledge. You also work systematically with quality within the leisure center and find systematic quality work interesting and engaging.
